How it works:

**Subscription box orders should be placed separate from other products.  Once you subscribe, and each month you are an active subscriber you will receive a free shipping coupon to add any additional products to your box**

Subscription boxes will be mailed out within 5 business days of your 1st order, and every month within 5 business days after your cycle date (which can be found on your customer account page once you have subscribed). 

Each month, a Google Form will be sent to subscribers, where you may request your preferred scents that month.  Selecting a preferred scent does not guarantee you will receive that scent, but we will make every effort to provide you with your preferences.  If a response is not received, we will carefully select scents we think you may love. 

You can manage your subscription within your customer account.  You may skip a month or cancel at any time (skipped months will not be issued a free shipping coupon for other Reflect Studio products).   

^Items purchased using the free shipping coupon will be held until your subscription box ship date, and shipped out with the Good Scents Box.  Items purchased after the cycle date may not be processed in time to go out with the subscription box and may be delayed until the following month.  To avoid this delay, please order with plenty of time before your upcoming cycle date, or pay the regular shipping rates for expedited delivery.  The monthly free shipping coupon is non-transferable and can only be used once.  Because we are absorbing a lot of the shipping cost ourselves, we will choose the most cost effective delivery method (between Canada Post and UPS) Please ensure to include a physical address, not just a PO Box for subscription delivery addresses.

What if I don't like the scent I received?  We understand everyone has different scent preferences and there may be a scent you are not fond of, but that doesn't mean someone you know won't like it.  Wax melts can make a great gift, so we encourage you to gift any scents you aren't loving.  We unfortunately cannot accept exchanges or refunds.
